Our end of tenancy cleaning service is meticulously carried out following an agency-approved checklist to ensure that every area of your rental property is cleaned to the highest standards. Our commitment is to help you secure the return of your deposit by meeting all necessary cleaning requirements set forth by your landlord or real estate agent. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of our cleaning, you have the opportunity to contact us within 7 days. We will then promptly arrange a re-clean of the property at no additional charge, ensuring the property is inspected by the owner or real estate broker in its pristine condition. This guarantee is valid only if no other persons occupy the property after our service and before the inspection.

Payment for our cleaning services can be made via Cash, Tikkie, or Invoice. Invoices are issued upon request and must be paid on the same day as the cleaning service. For business clients, payment terms are arranged upon agreement between the parties.

Cancellation Policy: Cleaning services can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of €50. Cancellations on the same day of the service will result in a fee of 50% of the cleaning price.

Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your cleaning appointment to another date without any penalty, ensuring flexibility to meet your changing needs.

Our pricing for end of tenancy, move-in/out, deep cleaning, and after builders cleaning services is tailored to the specific needs of each property. We do not base our rates on a standard hourly fee but consider several key factors to provide a fair and accurate quote. These factors include the size of the apartment, the level of dust and contamination, any additional services required, and the season. This approach ensures that each client receives a quote that reflects the unique conditions and requirements of their cleaning project.
