Clean4u Amsterdam uses the SkilledContractors Quote OS system to receive, process, and manage quote requests submitted through our website. SkilledContractors acts as a platform and technical service provider supporting the quote intake and operational handling of requests.

2. What personal data we may collect
Depending on how you use our website or services, we may collect and process the following types of personal data:

- to prepare, schedule, and deliver cleaning services;
- to communicate with you before, during, and after a quote request or booking;

- to improve our website, services, and customer experience;
- to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
- to protect our legitimate business interests, such as service planning, fraud prevention, complaint handling, and legal defence where necessary.
Submitting an online quote request is not the same as a confirmed booking. We use the information you submit to review your request and contact you about possible next steps.

Where another party processes personal data on our behalf, we aim to ensure appropriate safeguards and agreements are in place.
At this stage, submitting a quote request through the AmsterdamCleaning website does not automatically mean that your request becomes a public marketplace job. If we introduce a process where your request may be shared with independent providers through the SkilledContractors marketplace, we will provide appropriate information and, where required, request appropriate consent.
7. SkilledContractors Quote OS
Clean4u Amsterdam uses SkilledContractors Quote OS as a technical and operational system for handling quote requests.
When you submit a quote request, the following information may be stored and processed in SkilledContractors Quote OS:
- your name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- service address and postcode;
- selected cleaning service;
- property size and service scope details;
- preferred date and time;
- consent information;
- request metadata such as request source and service category.
This processing is used to help us receive, review, manage, and follow up on your quote request. Access to this information is restricted to authorised systems and personnel who need it for operational purposes.
8. Photos, files, and notes
If you send photos, files, videos, or notes to us, we may use them to assess your property, prepare a quote, plan the service, handle a complaint, or manage a dispute.
You should avoid sending unnecessary personal, confidential, or sensitive information in photos or notes. For example, please remove or cover documents, personal items, faces, or other details that are not needed for the cleaning quote.
We will not use identifiable property photos for marketing without an appropriate basis or permission.
9. International data transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where that happens, we aim to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism where required.
10. How long we keep your data
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In general:
- contact and quote request data is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request and any related follow-up;
- unconverted quote requests may be retained for a reasonable operational period for follow-up, fraud prevention, service improvement, dispute handling, and administration;
- customer, booking, and service records are kept for as long as needed to manage the service relationship;
- invoice and accounting records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting rules;
- technical or analytics data is kept according to the settings and retention periods of the tools used.
We may keep certain information longer where necessary for legal claims, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
Recommended internal decision: define a specific retention period for unconverted quote requests, for example 6, 12, or 24 months. Once you decide the period, replace “reasonable operational period” with the exact duration.

- request deletion of your personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;
